The new PVs highlight the upcoming anime’s lead characters, Mifuyu Yukino and Satoru Takahashi. Yukionna’s production committee had previously announced that Rikka Kitami would voice Mifuyu. Harumichi Shido will voice Satoru Takahashi. Additionally, Sara Ayumi voices Kaede Kiryuuin.
Studio HoKIBOSHI (Overflow, Ichigo Aika: Strawberry Elegy, Do You Like Big Girls?) will animate The Lonely Snow Widow and the Cursed Ring.
The anime’s production staff includes:

Kazuomi-san has previously directed Rent-a-Girlfriend, Ganbare Douki-chan, and TenPuru!. The anime will have a censored and uncensored version.
The Lonely Snow Widow and the Cursed Ring Manga Deets and Synopsis
Puuzaki Puuna (Puu no Puupuupuu) self-published Hitozukiai ga Nigate na Miboujin no Yukionna-san to Noroi no Yubiwa in July 2021. Irodori Comics licensed the series that same year and released an English translation titled The Shy Snow Woman and the Cursed Ring. You can read the first and second chapters for free on the Irodori website.
Most people would go feral if they saw a yokai, but for Satoru Takahashi they’re a part of daily life. How could they not be? In his world, humans and yokai coexist. People don’t scream when they see Bigfoot. They serve him waffles for breakfast. Yokai and humans coexist in this world. And Satoru has fallen in love with one of his tenants, a yukionna named Mifuyu.
But his chances are non-existent. Not only has Mifuyu recently lost her husband, but an argument between them placed their relationship in an icy place (pun intended). However, unlike the second season of No Game, No Life, hope remains for Satoru’s love. One day, he finds a magical ring with a note stating “One ring to rule them all” that, if one aims the ring at a yokai, the user can control their mind! But with so much power, what will Satoru do? Will he rekindle their previous cordial relationship? Or will he take advantage of his newfound power to get some sexy time?!
OceanVeil will stream the uncensored version of The Lonely Snow Widow and the Cursed Ring.
