Ichigo’s battle against the ruthless Quincy King Yhwach reaches its climax. Yhwach’s Wandenreich carved bloody scars into Soul Society and Hueco Mundo in equal measure. Many Soul Reapers and Espadas fell to the Quincies as the balance between the three worlds is threatened. Those losses continue to mount as the final battle takes place in the dark realm where hollow souls gather. We’ll see Ichigo’s final clash against Yhwach when Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Final Part – The Calamity airs sometime in July 2026.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Cast
Three of our soul-burning heroes are as follows:

- Ichigo Kurosaki — Masakazu Morita (Auel Neider from Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny). Ichigo is a brave young man who took up arms to defend his family against the supernatural.
- Orihime Inoue — Yuki Matsuoka (Scharlachrot from Arcana Heart 3). Orihime is a kind-hearted girl whose power allows her to “reject” previous events. Despite Kubo’s best efforts, her highly anticipated costume was not shown off in all its glory.
- Yoruichi Shihoin — Satsuki Yukino (Aquila Yuna from Saint Seiya Omega). Yoruichi is a former Soul Reaper captain who left her home to continue her duty in the shadows. She possesses a few alluring cat-like qualities.
Studio Pierrot maintains a website, an Instagram account, a TikTok account, and a Twitter (X) account to promote Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War. You can find more information about the series and the key visuals at those sites.

The Final Clash of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War
Ichigo Kurosaki has always seen the world beyond this one. He grew up speaking with the spirits of the dearly departed. His minor run-ins with peaceful ghosts never prepared him for the true darkness of the spiritual world. The Soul Reaper Rukia Kuchiki accidentally pulled him into a battle against a terrifying Hollow, a corrupted soul. He took up her sword and power to save them both, starting his journey as a substitute Soul Reaper.

Ichigo’s adventures have taken him to the ends of the spiritual world. The Soul Reapers’ ancient enemies have risen, and their king intends to break down the barriers that keep the Living World, Soul Society, and Hueco Mundo separate. Ichigo has awakened new powers as he comes to terms with who his parents really were, and what form his powers have taken. Wielding the combined power of a Quincy, a Hollow, and a Soul Reaper, Ichigo takes on the godlike Yhwach to save all of existence.
