If you’re like me, you enjoyed Ushiro no Shoumen Kamui-san’s Snack Hazama as much as the original. And thanks to HIDIVE, I (and people like me) can enjoy another show along those lines. The streaming service announced that it will premiere the I’m Dating a Dark Summoner Omake Shorts on November 6. WWWave Corporation’s Deregula label is producing the 12-episode short.

Both sales end November 11th.
I’m Dating a Dark Summoner Omake Shorts Details
The short’s story will diverge from the original and include chibi versions of the characters in comedic situations. The Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru voice cast will reprise their roles in the I’m Dating a Dark Summoner Omake Shorts. Acali Arimiya directs the anime and is the character designer and co-scriptwriter. Araki Humisato also writes the show’s scripts.
Many people won’t watch a short anime based on a short anime, and that makes Kashou depressed. I enjoy dumb comedy. And with these shorts, dumb comedy will abound.
Shaoh writes and illustrates Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru, which the upcoming shorts loosely draw on. Kadokawa has serialized the anime through various magazines and websites such as Dra Dra Sharp and Kadocomi. The manga currently boasts seven volumes. The manga follows the romantic and sexual life of the priest Roni and dark summoner Amona. When the two end up in an adventuring party, it’s instant strife. Yet despite hating each other, they share an overwhelming attraction. Actually, they find each other so attractive that they have sex hours after meeting! After that, sexy times are a daily occurrence!
Gentle reminder for all the otaku reading this who live outside the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, or the white parts of Oceania — HIDIVE doesn’t care about you. The streaming service isn’t available outside of those countries. So, you have no legal place to watch the I’m Dating a Dark Summoner Omake Shorts.
