Winter 2026 is going to cook harder than Gordon Ramsay. Lovers of erotic content have a lewdness trifecta to look forward to, as the season is giving us an ecchi, erotica, and hentai premiere. And to feed the pervy hype (and our horniness), AnimeFesta has released the first trailer for the upcoming season’s hentai title, Ichigo Aika: Strawberry Elegy!
Given that it’s a YouTube trailer, the lewdness is non-existent. But don’t let the tame trailer lull you; we’re getting a full-on step-sibling bang fest with this title. To paraphrase Dom from The Fast and the Furious, “No one bangs harder than family.”
The trailer included a snippet of the anime’s opening song, “Koi wa Prism,” by Yuka Akashi and Yui Otokura. Studio Hikiboshi, the fine folks behind titles Overflow and Yoasobi Gurashi!, will animate Ichigo Aika’s adaptation.
Ichigo Aika: Strawberry Elegy Production Details
The production company for Ichigo Aika previously named Hiyuta Konno as the anime’s director. Konno-san had previously directed Adam’s Sweet Agony. Eiyo Kurosaki, the scriptwriter for Kuro Gal ni Natta kara Shinyuu to shitemita, will handle Ichigo Aika‘s series composition. Famed character designer Yoshino Watanabe (Shinmai Maou no Testament, Sora no Otoshimono, Overflow) handles the anime’s character design. Shurakura Hououin is the director of photography.
The anime’s lead voice cast includes:
- Hana Yurimoto as Aika Takamura
- Yuta Igarashi as Kota Takamura
Hirafumi writes the Ichigo Aika: Zatsu de Namaiki na Imouto to Warikirenai Ani manga. Shinba Yagi illustrates it. Comic C’moa released the manga’s fully colored first chapter in November 2022. CLLENN later released the manga’s first three tankoubon volumes in September 2025. Coolmic and BookWalker release the manga digitally in English. The first six chapters of the manga are free (until December 7) on the Coolmic website.
Synopsis
First impressions are seldom what they appear. That’s a lesson that Kota Takamura learned the hard way. When he met his father’s future wife and his soon-to-be stepsister, he thought he was getting a respectable family. Unfortunately for him, that thought lasted about 30 seconds as he soon saw his stepsister, Aika, for the brat she was. And if that wasn’t enough, whenever they’re home, Kota must deal with Aika’s hardcore promiscuity. But as the two trade insults and skirt blows, their tumultuous relationship eventually blossoms into something way more intimate.
OceanVeil had previously announced that it would stream Ichigo Aika‘s uncensored first episode on December 12. After that, OceanVeil will simulcast alongside the Japanese premiere in January. Tokyo MX will air the series in Japan. Ichigo Aika will have an on-air and a fully uncensored version.
