A cute and naive ninja girl unexpectedly becomes a rogue ninja. Her desire to see the outside world has led her to follow some bad people. With no combat skills to speak of, her life seemed near an end. A cute assassin girl stepped in to help her in exchange for some housework and corpse removal. We’ll see how these two get along when A Ninja and Assassin Living Together (Ninja to Koroshiya no Futarigurashi) premieres in April 2025.
HundredBurger released the original A Ninja and Assassin Living Together manga series on February 26th, 2021. ASCII Media Works has since published four volumes in Comic Dengeki Daioh “g”.
The cute ninja and assassin are as follows:
- Satoko Kusagakure — Haruna Mikawa (Pikachu from Pokémon Evolutions). A ninja girl who was labeled a rogue ninja when she accidentally joined a group of defectors. What she lacks in combat skills she makes up with cleaning skills.
- Konoha Koga — Kana Hanazawa (Ichika Nakano from The Quintessential Quintuplets). An assassin girl who is good at killing but bad at cleaning up the evidence.

Satoko Kusagakure is a cute and naive ninja girl who fell in with the wrong crowd. She has a habit of doing that. Her desire to see the world outside her hidden ninja village became her undoing. Konoha Koga finds her fallen in an alley far from any village and passes her by. Satoko demands some help since Konoha kicked her to see if she was alive. An older ninja girl from Satoko’s village then found the two of them.
Konoha quickly dispatches Satoko’s senpai in combat. Satoko uses her only real ninja skill to transmute the senpai’s body into leaves, thus destroying evidence. Konoha decides to take Satoko with her if only to benefit from her exceptional cleaning skills. After all, if she’s to climb the assassin ranks, she needs to clean up after herself.
