What happens when a fantasy-world background character finds her world’s fandom wiki? That glitch-in-the-system idea powers The World’s Strongest Witch (Sekai Saikyou no Majo, Hajimemashita). The fantasy adventure gives a native resident the player knowledge usually reserved for an isekai visitor. Think of Log Horizon in another world instead of a server on the moon. The internet-powered NPC’s quest for a peaceful life begins October 7!

The Cheat-Sheet Party Assembles
In The World’s Strongest Witch, a girl from a backwater village sets out, meets companions, and befriends them with courage, magic, and a suspiciously useful online strategy guide — who needs a tavern recruitment board? Here are the folks responsible for all this cheating.
- Azusa Tachibana as Lorna Hermit
- Fairouz Ai as Elimina Manaflame
- Honoka Inoue as Erna
- Kana Hanazawa as Aries Tear Bluemoon
- Maria Naganawa as Ruru Ru Rie
Jouji Furuta directs the anime at Bridge and Aisle. Shouji Yonemura handles series composition, and Yuuki Morimoto designs the characters. Mochimaru Sakaki’s light novels, illustrated by riritto, provide the source material for this strategy-site-powered adventure.
The World’s Strongest Witch Gives an NPC the Cheat Codes
Lorna’s NPC status gives the premise its strongest comic hook. She grew up inside this world, so its guilds and magic feel ordinary to her. Internet pop-up screens suddenly bombard her with lore and information from strategy sites that only maxed-out RPG players would normally know.
Administrator-level information arrives with almost no context for online slang, making the potential shortcuts from strategy-site search results sound like a foreign language. Perfect — what could go wrong when your spellbook comes with a message board?
Bofuri’s Broken Builds Meet Campfire Cooking’s Shopping List
The World’s Strongest Witch combines the cheerful build-breaking fun of Bofuri with the Internet-powered convenience of Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill. Fans of Bofuri: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defense may recognize the fun of a cheerful heroine developing a wildly unbalanced build. Maple discovers broken combinations through instinct; Lorna finds them through online strategy guides.
Similarly, the “Internet” skill also recalls Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill. Mukouda uses “Online Grocery” to import useful products, while Lorna can research the fantasy world itself. She carries a searchable strategy guide into every dungeon.
