The best parts of student council waifus are their holes. Saying that is inappropriate. But what’s slightly less inappropriate is the new trailer for Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! (Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru!) the anime’s production committee released the PV today. It also debuted the anime’s ending theme, “Pi” by Akari Nanawo.
Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru! has a censored broadcast version and an “unrestricted” version for cultured streaming sites like AnimeFesta and Anime Store.
The anime will premiere on October 3 on Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, BS11, and Tochigi TV. As of writing (Friday the 18th), no Western streaming service has licensed the anime. The anime’s production committee had previously announced the voice and production staff behind Even the Student Council Has Its Holes!. J-List’s favorite studio, Passione, will animate the adaptation.

What Do You Mean Even the Student Council Has Its Holes!?
Ume Mizunoe’s future seems bleak. The lad might have to live with the embarrassment of repeating a grade. And in Japan, that’s reputation suicide. So, to avoid that bad end, he joined his school’s student council. Unfortunately, with that decision, he rolled a sixteen in valor and a three in intelligence. Instead of a positive environment that fosters learning, all Ume-kun got was a headache. Every member of the student council is overtly weird! How can he possibly get a better future when he spends every weekday with those degenerates?
The upcoming anime adapts the Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! manga by Muchimaro. Weekly Shonen Magazine has serialized the manga since its April 2022 debut. Kodansha has compiled the manga’s chapters into thirteen volumes. The publisher also released a PV for the manga back in 2024, and it quickly became the most-viewed video on their YouTube account.
