Two girls won’t let something like the end of the world ruin their fun! Mysterious circumstances arose to force humanity underground and let their achievements come to rubble. These girls continue to ride through a ruined Japan to enjoy the sights. We’ll see where they visit when Touring After the Apocalypse (Shumatsu Touring) premieres sometime in 2025.
Sakae Saito released the original Touring After the Apocalypse manga series on September 26th, 2020. ASCII Media Works has published six volumes in Dengeki Maoh.

The two tourists of the end of the world are as follows:
- Yoko — Konomi Inagaki (Copano Rickey from Uma Musume Pretty Derby). An energetic girl who has fun where she can.
- Airi — Miyu Tomita (Funifura from KonoSuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!). An analytic and almost kuudere robot girl who keeps Yoko on task.
Studio Nexus has maintained a home page and a Twitter (X) page to promote Touring After the Apocalypse. You can find additional series information and the key visuals there.

An unknown apocalyptic event has driven humanity underground in a series of shelters. Two girls decided to leave their shelter to explore their ruined world. Yoko is an adventurous soul who rides her motorbike around Japan. She’s following her sister’s social media posts to see those same sights. Her traveling companion, Airi, has more of a mechanical soul.

Their recent outing brings them to the ruins of Hakone. The girls find a transport truck with vital supplies for their trip. An armored combat vehicle detects Yoko and Airi’s approach and reactivates. A bug in its system speaks of rising radiation levels and warns a nonexistent population to go indoors. The girls deal with the malfunctioning vehicle and decide on their next destination. After a relaxing bath in the local hot spring, of course.
