As I’ve written a couple times, November has some weird special days in it because the number 11 can be pronounced as いい (ii, like the letter E), which means “good.” For phonetic reasons lost on Westerners, this enables the Japanese to create special days like #いいおっぱいの日 or Nice Boobs Day, or #いい兄さんの日 or Good Big Brother Day. Tomorrow, November 30, is the final day of November, making it the “ass” of the month, so naturally that day has been designated as Nice Ass Day. So I teamed up with J-List’s Twitter followers to choose some of the best anime butts to brighten your day with.
