If you’ve followed my posts for a couple of years, you’ll know that November has a lot of “good [whatever]” special days designated because the number 11 can be read as いい ii in Japanese, meaning “good.” We’ve got Good Couple’s Day on November 22, Good Bath Day on November 26, and even Nice Butt Day on November 30, the final day of the month. November 8, has been designated as いいおっぱいの日 ii oppai no hi or Nice Boobs Day. So I thought I’d write a post on the five types of anime oppai!
A Classification of Anime Boobs
There are many kinds of oppai, all of which are wonderful. Big ones. Small ones. Ones with that little dimple in the nipples. Boobs aren’t fat… they’re filled with our hopes and dreams, and the only thing more fun than thinking about boobs is touching them. So let’s look at the six classifications of breasts according to the Japanese!
Binyu (微乳): Literally meaning slight or minute breasts, this is generally considered the smallest type of breast. In the context of anime boobs, girls in this category will often be full of angst about their diminutive chests. But as we all know, when you hug a flat-chested girl, you’re closer to her heart.

Hinnyu (貧乳): Meaning “poor/impoverished breasts,” this describes girls with flatter-than-average boobs, making them super cute when they shyly compare themselves to other girls.

Funyu (普入): This word futsu is quite an important one in the context of Japanese culture. Meaning “normal” or “average,” it’s generally seen as a good thing by Japanese people, because if you’re the same as everyone else, at least you’re not diverging from what’s considered okay. In contrast, most Americans I know would be mildly insulted if you implied they were exactly the same as everyone else, since we’re all usually weird as fuck in some area or another. The word for normal-sized knockers is funyu.
Kyonyu (巨乳): These are giant breasts, very large and satisfying for everyone involved. Of course, they get in the way a lot and probably give the girls who possess these breasts stiff necks. If they like, we’ll be happy to hold their boobs up for them!
Bakunyu (爆乳): Lit. “explosive breasts,” this word is a staple in the JAV world, since so many popular actresses sport these huge mammaries. Some girls like Centorea possess breasts that are so huge, they sometimes break your screen. Sorry about that!

Chonyu (超乳): Finally we have the “super-sized breasts,” or anything going beyond what is generally found in nature. These kinds of breasts are perfect for anime and hentai, since anything that can be imagined can be drawn.
