Megahouse’s Mahiro-chan Melty Princess Palm Size Figure — A Homage to the Perfect Waifu
There are combinations in anime that will outlive us. And much like Rin Tohsaka’s iconic outfit, Mahiro’s cat pajamas have been cemented in otaku history. I can’t say why. However, I can guess. And I guess that Mahiro in this outfit reaches an excessive level of moeness. It’s a near-impossible task for a waifu to wear something sexy and illicit a “must protect” response, but that’s what Mahiro does in this outfit. Mahiro’s embarrassed expression pairs perfectly with his frilly black and pink neko pajamas.
As you can expect from the name, the Megahouse Mahiro-chan Melty Princess Palm Size Figure is on the petite side, and that fits Mahiro to a T. Onimai Deets
Nekotofu writes and illustrates the Onii-chan wa Oshimai! (Onimai: I’m Now Your Sister!) manga. The story follows Mahiro Oyama, a home-security officer (you’re a weeb if you understood that). Mahiro is a guy who’s content with mucking about in a room and playing non-con eroge all day, every day. However, his sister is having none of that. After getting fed up with seeing her brother live such an “undignified” life, she sets about fixing him. And how did she try to do that? She turned Mahiro into a kawaii loli. Nekotofu began releasing Onimai as a doujin on Pixiv and Niconico Seiga in 2017.
