The official website of Mari Okada and Nao Emoto’s O Maidens in Your Savage Season manga announced that the anime adaptation will be premiering in July. The website also revealed the character cast, and staff working on the series. O Maidens in Your Savage Season was launched by Okada and Emoto in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in December 2016. The manga series is still ongoing and Kondasha Comics will be releasing the manga in English starting this April.
The staff consists of:
- Directors: Masahiro Ando (Sirius the Jaeger, Snow White with the Red Hair) and Takurou Tsukada (Fate/Grand Order: Moonlight/Lostroom)
- Script: Mari Okada (Anohana, Maquia – When the Promised Flower Blooms)
- Character Design and Animation Director: Kaori Ishii (animation director for The Eden of Grisaia, Rewrite)

O Maidens in Your Savage Season synopsis:
The girls in a high school literature club do a little icebreaker to get to know each other: answering the question, “What’s one thing you want to do before you die?” One of the girls blurts out, “Sex.” Little do they know, the whirlwind unleashed by that word pushes each of these girls, with different backgrounds and personalities, onto their own clumsy, funny, painful, and emotional paths toward adulthood.
