Ran Kuze released the original Medaka Kuroiwa Is Impervious to My Charms manga on May 26th, 2021. Kodansha has published fourteen volumes in Weekly Shonen Magazine since then.

- Medaka Kuroiwa. Medaka is a monk-in-training at his family’s temple. Rules forbid him from falling in love with girls.
- Tsubomi Haruno. Tsubomi is one of the many girls who admires Mona.
- Asahi Shonan. Asahi is a star basketball player. She is one of the many girls who has fallen for Medaka.
