Pretty much everyone in the world loves anime, and one company that’s been smart about marketing itself using anime has been McDonald’s Japan. Last year they brought out an anime commercial for their Gratin Croquette Burger that used famous voice actresses like AKB48 member Atsuko Maeda and veteran seiyuu Ayana Taketatsu (voice of Kirino and Yuzu from Citrus). Now they’ve got a new TV commercial, making us all want to go out and get frosty-cold McShakes. And they’re just 100¥ for a limited time!
McDonald’s Japan is at it again, making adorable anime commercials that make us want to go out and get a McShake. I love that McDonald’s Japan has small-sized shakes that you can buy without feeling guilty about the calories. pic.twitter.com/mok162VTTB

McDonald’s Japan was founded in 1971 by legendary Japanese businessman Den Fujita (a mentor to current Softbank president Son Masayoshi, the wealthiest man in Japan), and it’s been one of the most successful companies to operate in Japan.
Did you like the new McDonald’s anime commercial? Did it make you want to get a McShake? It totally did for us!
