For months now, I’ve been pontificating on all the upcoming ecchiness of Fall 2026. But despite all the good things to come, a chasm remained in my heart — an NTR-shaped one. No streaming service had announced that it would stream My Girlfriend’s Friend. The thought of going through my favorite time of year without infidelity pushed Kashou into the fields of despair. But relief finally came. OceanVeil added the NTR drama to their roster on Sunday. And with that addition, all of Fall 2026’s ecchiest anime now has a home. So, who’s airing what?
OceanVeil undoubtedly has the largest selection this season. In addition to My Girlfriend’s Friend, the R18-esque streaming service will stream The Lonely Snow Widow, Click Away on the Girls, and Even the Student Council Has Its Holes!. Crunchyroll and HIDIVE will stream Magical★Explorer and I’m Dating a Dark Summoner, respectively.
It’s a very special time for us at J-List, because 30 years ago this week, we started the first anime and hentai shop selling to fans around the world. But What Should You Watch?
The answer to that is obvious. You have to watch the NTR one! You have to watch My Girlfriend’s Friend. Thank you for coming to Kashou’s TED Talk.
Jodan… jodan. Telling weebs to enjoy NTR is like telling an OG Fate fan that Prisma Illya is the best anime in the franchise — it always leads to problems. Otaku are gentle, closed-hearted creatures who believe in pure love. So, I can’t recommend The Lonely Snow Widow. The anime’s whole vibe is “seku-hara glorification”. And since the anime’s release coincided with the appearance of my favorite cryptid, The Van Meter Visitor, those yokai seku-hara vibes aggravated me further.
Now That I Can Control Reality with a Mouse Cursor, I’m Gonna Click Away on the Girls! wasn’t better. Occasionally, you watch a hentai so riveting that it sticks with you. Other times, it’s “just hentai.” Click Away on the Girls! is the latter. That leaves I’m Dating a Dark Summoner, My Girlfriend’s Friend, and Magical★Explorer.
Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru would usually be the anime I’d rant about. But the animation by Studio AtoriE and Nyan Pollution-ω- seems stiff. Still, horniness and comedy usually triumph over sketchy animation. If Kashou has to choose between an entertaining story with mediocre animation and a mediocre story with SSR-level animation, he’ll choose the former.
Anyways… Back to My Girlfriend’s Friend
Deregula had previously announced that Kanojo no Tomodachi would have a censored broadcast version and a cultured “Complete Deregula” version. OceanVeil and AnimeFesta will stream the cultured version. Takashi Andou will direct the anime. Its leading voice cast includes:
- Ryuga Nagaike as Takeru Hidaka
- Miki Hase as Tomoko Yoshida
- Sayaka Hashi as Koari Koga
And now, a word on NTR doujins…
Pssssssttt, weeb-kun, NTR isn’t a monster you should fear — it’s one you should admire. So how about picking up an NTR doujin or two? This time around, I recommend Hirari’s My Girlfriend, An Adult Doujin Artist, Would Never Cheat On Me and Akagi Kuro’s Cucked on the Third Day of Comiket. If you love massive oppai, those titles are especially raunchy. Ja ne!
