Most isekai protagonists turn their new lives into dream vacations. Even the “reborn as a villainess” protagonists have the time of their life. However, Pride takes her new role very seriously. The original Pride left a long trail of victims in her wake. The new Pride intends to change everyone’s fate, including her own. We’ll see how she tries to rewrite her story when The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior (Higeki no Genkyo to naru Saikyo Gedo Last Boss Joo wa Min no tame ni Tsukushimasu) returns sometime in April 2026.
Tenichi and Suzunosuke released the original The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior light novel on June 4th, 2019. Ichijinsha has since published eleven volumes in the Iris NEO imprint. OLM Team Yoshioka’s anime adaptation premiered on July 7th, 2023.
The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior Cast
The new villainess isekai protagonist and two of her charming relatives are as follows:

- Pride Royal Ivy — Fairouz Ai (Power from Chainsaw Man). A Japanese woman who works to change the tragic story in which she now lives.
- Tiara Royal Ivy — Haruka Tomatsu (Lala Satalin Deviluke from To LOVE-Ru). Pride’s younger sister. She would have been the protagonist before Pride changed the story.
- Rosa Royal Ivy — Kikuko Inoue (Palm Siberia from Hunter × Hunter). Pride and Tiara’s mother. She once feared that Pride would become an evil tyrant.
OLM Team Yoshioka has maintained a home page and a Twitter (X) page to promote The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior. You can find additional series information and the Key Visuals there.
Change the Future! The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior
A young Japanese high school girl enjoyed playing the popular visual novel otome game Our Ray of Light. She was thinking of playing it again as she crossed the street and met her end at the business end of a car. The next scene played out, and she awoke as Pride Royal Ivy, the irredeemably evil villainess of the game. Pride will leave behind a long trail of victims until her younger sister puts an end to her evil reign. That is, unless the new Pride can rewrite everyone’s story.

Pride quickly charmed those around her with an unexpected kindness and generosity. Even her mother no longer feared what would become of her. Rosa’s premonition skill once showed her a dark future where Pride would bring terror to those around her. That future no longer exists. Pride’s knowledge of the game story allows her to avoid death flags, both for her and the original Pride’s victims. For instance, her tragic slave is now her happy adopted brother. Also, her younger sister will no longer have to grow up and personally smite her. However, she should be careful. After all, pride cometh before the fall, and there’s no love interest to make that a fun euphemism yet.
