Why are Perverted Science Girls in Anime the Best?
I guess it makes sense. Girls develop faster than boys, and probably get curious about sex faster, too. So stories about hyper-sexed females wearing lab coats become the perfect tsukkomi to pair with the straight-laced boke boy who isn’t interested in sex. The comedy potential is endless!

Mihari Oyama from Oniichan wa Oshimai! We start off with Mihari, who got fed up with her worthless NEET older brother and used science to turn him into a girl. Will the ultimate life change make Mahiro straighten up and fly right?
Ueno-san from Ueno-san wa Bukiyou. She’s a brilliant inventor, always creating new gadgets designed to get fellow club member Tanaka to fall in love with her. Whether she’s trying to get him to drink her (filtered) pee or generate electricity by rubbing her bicycle shorts, her plans always get derailed in the end. One of the best Perverted Science Girls.
Ayame Himuro from Science Fell in Love So I Had to Prove It. Two science nerds can’t believe they’re attracted to each other and resort to science and experiments to figure out what their relationship is. It’s especially recommended if you’ve got any background in science.
Kurisu Makise from Steins;Gate. She likes to act tough, but she’s also attracted to Okabe and shows it on several (wonderful) occasions.
Hyouka Fuwa from Shimoneta. A quirky science-loving girl living in a world where no sexual content or dirty jokes are allowed, Hyouka wants to unlock the secrets of “body-melding.”
Todoroki Nene from Seitokai Yakuindomo. A girl who loves fiddling with machines and other gadgets, including sex toys, which she often has inserted inside her body.
Mineru Wachi from Goddess Dormitory. A researcher who loves studying toxic gasses, Mineru (whose name comes from the Greek goddess Minerva) always adds something humorous and sexy to each episode.
Chisato from the X-Change Trilogy is another fun Perverted Science Girl. Her role is usually to help Takuya change back into his male body, but in the second two games, she becomes a romanceable character with proper routes.

Washu from Tenchi Muyo. The chaotic mad scientist from this anime is another fun example of this phenomenon.
Rika Shiguma from Haganai. One of my favorite Perverted Science Girls, she’s always got sex on her mind. Unfortunately for her, the deadpan Kodaka isn’t interested in having her as his sex friend.
Rio Futaba from Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny-Girl Senpai. Finally, the best example of a super-smart science girl with a sexy side is Futaba from Seishun Buta Yarou. Isn’t she the best? I would totally drink her Futaba broth bath water.
