Seto Yumiko is a young stay-at-home mother, happily on a beach vacation with her husband and son—or at least she would be, if her husband hadn’t abandoned the two of them for dinner and drinks with his clients. Yumiko is frustrated that her husband pulled out of the family vacation at the last minute, and more than a little angry at him.
Happily for her, Yumiko meets two young men who are happy to entertain a lonely mother… and more than happy to appreciate her voluptuous figure, barely contained by a white string bikini. She’s sure they couldn’t possibly have any sexual interest in a middle-aged hitozuma (lit. “a person’s wife”) like her.
She accepts the men’s offer to drink with them, and has fun unwinding and complaining about her husband and her poor sex life. when she realizes the men have snapped a quick picture of the three of them together, she’ll do anything to make sure her husband never sees it — and maybe a little something to relieve her sexual frustrations as well…
The result is one of the best hentai manga about the subject of hitozuma we’ve ever seen, as Yumiko has repeated sex with both men, first wearing condoms, then letting them do it with her raw. She feels bad about betraying her husband, but as she learns pleasures she’s never suspected a woman could feel, there’s no going back for her now. The Summer Affair has changed her life forever.
The hitozuma genre is slightly separate from NTR / Netorare in that it focuses on the married woman’s actions rather than the feelings or situation of the man who is getting netorare’ed. The story deals with the complex emotions running through Yumiko’s mind as she lets another man inside her, and lets us experience the strong feelings of passion Yumiko herself feels, being unfaithful to her husband.
