One of the eternal questions to my mind is, why do girls as beautiful as Shiori Kuraki get drawn into the JAV world? Surely a girl with such great beauty could choose to be a more conventional idol or actress, or perhaps an “announcer” (TV news presenter), who are always so popular in Japan? Clearly — and as my recent interview with Kaho Shibuya illuminates — there are various reasons for girls choosing to perform in JAV, some of might be hard for us to understand. (Not that we’re complaining!)
Shiori Kuraki was born September 10, 1995, making her just a year older than J-List. She was born in Tokyo, and her “three sizes” are 84-58-83, with a D sized cup. At just 156 cm (5’1″), Shiori-chan is famous as one of the tiniest girls working in the industry, which is part of her appeal.
When she first started performing on camera, she was extremely shy and felt sure she couldn’t perform sex acts in front of others. But once she debuted, she became a lot more relaxed about sex, including in her private life.
She’s currently a “JD” (joshi dai-sei or female university student) but in February of 2020 joined a JAV idol group called Marshmallow 3D+ team Meringue. The idol group sings at fan events and flash their panties at the crowd, because Japan is the best country in the world.
Since debuting, she’s worked hard to build up her fanbase, appearing in such works as 120 Minutes Non-Stop Sex Play, One Day When Our Parents Were Out, My Young Sister and I Had Sex All Over the House!, and Uki Uki Uncensored Anal Watching with Shiori-chan!
