You take the “ii” (いい) from 11, the “o” (お) from 0, and if you’re really committed to making a pun, pronounce 8 as “pa” (ぱ) instead of “ha” (は). You’ve just spelled “ii o pa,” which sounds like “ii oppa” if you say it fast, or “good boobs.” Truly, bless the Japanese!
