Another month is here, which means a new issue of Newtype! The “Moving Pictures Magazine” has been a beloved cornerstone of the anime otaku world since it started publishing in 1985, and J-List has carried the magazine for more than 25 years. Let’s look at the posters and other visuals you get in the Newtype September 2023 issue!
A New Issue of Newtype Drops! What Posters and Visuals Are inside?
Let’s take a look at the lovely visuals you can expect from the new issue of Newtype!
First, let’s take a look at the posters you get inside the issue. The large fold-out posters feature art from Hibike! Euphonium and The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses. You also get two folding posters (twice the size of the already large magazine) advertising Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon and Jujutsu Kaisen.
Inside the issue you get detailed sections on all the hot anime of the current season, starting with Jujutsu Kaisen, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch of Mercury, My Happy Marriage, the new Rurou ni Kenshin, and more!
Another fun show currently airing is Horimiya: The Missing Pieces, and we get a nice section on that anime, with great eye-popping visuals. It’s great to be reminded of who the characters are.
Do you like isekai anime with ridiculous plots? They actually went and animated the Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon visual novel, and there’s a poster as well as a detailed section on the anime in this issue.
We also get information on upcoming anime, like the super cute Shuumatsu Densha, Doko e Iku? anime about cute girls taking trips on trains, along with several other shows that are coming in future anime seasons.
