For more than 25 years, J-List has been your Friend in Japan®, bringing crazy and fun products from Japan to our customers all over the world and bringing Japan a little bit closer to everyone. If there’s anything you’re looking for that’s not available on the J-List or JBOX online stores, please reach out and ask our staff if they can get it for you via our new special orders system. Also, J-List will now offer price matching on many products!
Looking for Something Not on the J-List Store? J-List Now Does Special Orders!
While we’ve always been open to carrying products our customers ask us about, J-List is now announcing that our buyers will be happy to search for special orders for you! Some examples might include:
- Cool anime Blu-ray discs that aren’t on the site
- Nintendo Switch or other console games we don’t already stock
- Photobooks or JAV titles that aren’t on the site, or were but have gone out of stock
- Ero products we don’t already stock (although note that out-of-production products are generally not available)
- Pretty much anything else!
Of course, there are limits to what our staff can obtain. Books or magazines from many years ago will likely be hard to get. And of course, anything we couldn’t ship to your country legally.
To ask us to get an item for you, open a ticket and one of our buyers will get back to you ASAP!
Also, Price Matching!
Have you seen the same ero toys or similar products J-List sells on other online stores? We’ll be happy to price match, giving you the same price as those shops! Just reach out to us and we’ll let you know how to get the lower price. Thanks for your support!
(Of course, there are some products that are impossible for us to price match, namely anime figures, which larger online stores are able to purchase for a significantly lower price than J-List can. Gomen nasai, and thanks for your understanding!)
