Turn Back Time and Please Put Them On, Takamine-san

Culture otaku unite! A series about a girl who takes off her panties to rewind time is finally getting an adaptation. Yes, the titular Takamine-san can alter history by taking off her underwear. Unfortunately for her, the bra and pantsu she removes disappear after use. This is an apparent violation of the law of conservation of mass, but we don’t care. We’ll see which lucky guy gets to help her get new panties when Please Put Them On, Takamine-san (Haite Kudasai, Takamine-san) premieres sometime in April 2025. Liden Films has released a general trailer and a more cultured trailer. Below is the trailer for cultured otaku.

Yuichi Hiiragi released the original Please Put Them On, Takamine-san manga series on January 22nd, 2019. Square Enix has since published nine volumes in Monthly Gangan Joker.

The time traveler and her new “closet” are as follows:

Takane Takamine — Yurika Kubo (Kaede Azusagawa from Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai). A girl who can rewind time by removing her underwear.
Koushi Shirota — Daisuke Kasuya (Villains from My Hero Academia). The (un)lucky guy who saw Takane nude and is thus unaffected by her time travel powers.

Please Put Them On, Takamine-san. Then Take Them Off

Takane Takamine is a veritable goddess as far as the students are concerned. She sits atop the school and excels in academics and sports. Her absolute polar opposite is Koushi Shirota, a timid boy everyone looks down upon. His fate turns upside down after he accidentally sees Takane take off her bra in an equipment storage room. That event leads him to see her in a different light.

The always-perfect Takane received a 98 on her last math test. This somehow changed to a perfect 100. Koushi questioned her about this strange incident, and she revealed the truth. Takane’s “Eternal Virgin Road” allows her to undo an action she previously committed, altering history. After Koushi saw her bare chest, he was immune to her ability. Her ability comes with a catch: any piece of lingerie she removes to use her ability ceases to exist. As such, she demands that Koushi become her “closet,” someone to give her new bras and panties so she can use her ability more often. It’s a tough call, but Koushi should help the hot girl each morning by dressing her in new underwear.
