We’ll see the Princess’s grand meal continue when ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess (Hime-sama “Gomon” no Jikan desu) Season 2 premieres on January 12th, 2026.

Robinson Haruhara and Hirakei released the original ‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess manga series between April 4th, 2019, and August 19th, 2025. Shueisha has published all eighteen volumes in Shonen Jump+. Studio Pine Jam’s anime adaptation premiered on January 9th, 2024.
‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess Cast
The Princess, a kawaii interrogator, and a cute assassin are as follows:
- Princess — Haruka Shiraishi (Chitose Shirakawa in The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten). Princess is a member of human royalty and a proud knight with a voracious appetite.
- Torture Tortura — Shizuka Ito (Kai Harn in Bastard!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy-). Torture is the lead demon inquisitor who uses food to coax the truth out of her targets.
- Sakura Heartlock — Mutsumi Tamura (Renly from Sword Art Online: Alicization — War of Underworld). Sakura is a lethal assassin who is captured and tortured for information.

‘Tis Time for “Torture,” Princess. I Hope You Have an Appetite
The Princess of the Imperial Army valiantly fights on behalf of mankind against the vicious demons who plot their demise. She has proudly led the third legion into battle and claimed victory numerous times. The Princess stands as a shining beacon of humanity and proof that humans can triumph against the Hell-Lord and his hordes of demons. The unthinkable happens, and the Hell-Horde captures the brave Princess. She was spirited away to the Hell-Lord’s castle to be interrogated by his top inquisitor.
Torture Tortura soon appears in the Princess’s cell and announces her plans to torture the Princess for information. The sentient magic sword Ex warns Torture that such actions violate the Prisoner of War treaty. Torture waves his concerns away and presents her method of interrogation: flaky, crusty toast. The Princess succumbs to the delectable food presented to her and indulges her taste buds while surrendering classified state secrets. Other fearsome methods of torture — such as playing video games with friends and petting cute animals — await her.
