Tenichi released the original The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen novel on the user-generated novel website Shosetsuka ni Naro on April 19th, 2018. Tenichi and Suzunosuke released the original light novel adaptation on June 4th, 2019. Ichijinsha has since published twelve volumes in the Iris NEO imprint. Bunko Matsuura provided the art for the manga adaptation, which debuted on March 19th, 2020. Ichijinsha has published three volumes in Zero-Sum Online.

The kind villainess isekai protagonist, her charming sister, and one of her potential love interests are as follows:

• Pride Royal Ivy — Fairouz Ai (Power from Chainsaw Man). Pride is a Japanese woman who works to change the tragic story she now lives in.
• Tiara Royal Ivy — Haruka Tomatsu (Lala Satalin Deviluke from To LOVE-Ru). Tiara is Pride’s younger sister. She would have been the protagonist before Pride changed the story.
• Leon Adonis Coronaria — Shinnosuke Tachibana (Kashou Minaduki from Nekopara). Leon is the firstborn prince and heir of the Anemone Kingdom.

The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen Returns with a Vengeance

A typical Japanese high school girl’s life ends far too soon as she crosses the street. Someone grants her desire to play her favorite otome game, Our Ray of Light, with a twist. This unassuming girl can now live in a world based on the game, only as the villainess rather than the protagonist. This new Pride refuses to follow the game’s story, causing everyone’s downfall. She’ll use her knowledge of the game to save everyone, including herself.

The recent chapter shows more of Pride’s love life in action. Both she and Prince Leon of the Anemone Kingdom are making some very strong moves on one another here and there. Prince Cedric of the kingdom of Cercis makes his own moves and disrupts Pride’s heart just as much. Both guys were supposed to make moves on Tiara in the game, but Pride’s actions put her at the center of attention.
