Takuto lies confined in bed, relying on his favorite conquest game for entertainment. He claimed land inside there and territory to bring happiness to all in his realm. When he finally succumbed to his illness, he found himself in the world of his favorite game. His new conquest begins when Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra: World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin (Isekai Mokushiroku Mainogura: Hametsu no Bunmei de Hajimeru Sekai Seifuku) premieres sometime in July 2025.
Fefu Kazuno and Jun released the original Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra light novel on November 30th, 2019. Micro Magazine has since published seven volumes in the GC Novels imprint.
The isekai protagonist and one of his hero units are as follows:
- Takuto Ira — Toshiki Kumagai (Yuuhi Oudou from Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!). A terminally ill gamer who became the top-ranked player in Eternal Nations.
- Atou — Tomori Kusunoki (Makima from Chainsaw Man). Takuto’s attendant and best hero unit from Eternal Nations. Her elven appearance is a facade.
