First announced during the GA Fes 2019 event in October 2019, we now have a small mountain’s worth of dirt on the upcoming anime adaptation of the light novel series I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level (Japanese title: Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level Max ni Nattemashita or more simply Slime Taoshite)! Set to premiere in the spring 2021 season, the animation will be produced by studio Revoroot with Nobukage Kimura serving as director. They’ll be working off series composition created by Tatsuya Takahashi and character designs by Keisuke Goto. Keiji Inai will compose the background music.
The voice cast will be filled with the same actors who portray the characters on the drama CDs and reads as follows (character names first):
Azusa: Aoi Yuki

And as promised, here is the first promotional video and key visuals.
Originally a light novel series written by Kisetsu Morita and illustrated by Benio, the series was first serialized online on the Japanese novel publishing site Shōsetsuka ni Narō starting in 2016 before being acquired by SB Creative who started releasing collected novels in 2017 with ten volumes being released as of summer 2019.
Yen Press announced at their 2017 Anime Expo panel that they had licensed both the light novel series and manga adaptation. They released the first volume of the light novel in April 2018 and describe the story as:
After living a painful life as an office worker, Azusa ended her short life by dying from overworking. So when she found herself reincarnated as an undying, unaging witch in a new world, she vows to spend her days stress free and as pleasantly as possible. She ekes out a living by hunting down the easiest targets – the slimes! But after centuries of doing this simple job, she’s ended up with insane powers…how will she maintain her low key life now?!
