Earlier this year The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World (Saikyo Onmyouji no Isekai Tenseiki) light novel series by Kiichi Kosuzu was announced to be receiving a TV anime series. It has been announced that the series will now be scheduled to broadcast on January 7th on Japanese television. Along with that announcement, The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World revealed a new trailer and new additional cast members.

The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World light novel was published on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in December 2018. Futabasha has been publishing physical copies since July 2019, with the first volume illustration by Shiso, and the second volume illustrations by Kihiri Yuzuki. The fifth volume was published in October 2021. The manga adaptation has been drawn by Toshinori Okazaki since 2020 on Futabasha’s Gaugau Monster website and app.
The series is scheduled to air on Tokyo MX and BS 11 on January 7th. Crunchyroll will be streaming the series as it airs in Japan for North America, Central America, South America, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
