There are a lot of people who detest Rudy from Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation — I’m not one of them. Jobless Reincarnation is one of my favorite shows because of how nuanced Rudy is. So, it’s with wanton delight that I can tell you that Jobless Reincarnation has released a new trailer and revealed its ending song ahead of its July 5 premiere. Mika Nakajima’s “Inori, Owareba” will be the anime’s ending song. The upcoming season will cover material from the fourteenth volume of the manga onward. Crunchyroll will simulcast the anime.
This week marks a very special celebration for the U.S., and J-List is getting into the proper spirit with a big July 4 Sale. Celebrate with 15% off all in-stock products shipping from Japan through Monday, July 6. Start browsing here!
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Deets
Society says that unemployed fat dudes with deviant kinks have no future. But the gods and delivery trucks disagree with that assumption. Because when the protagonist of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation meets his end, a bright future is certain. A god reincarnated that “worthless” fat slob into a fantastical world filled with magic, strange creatures, demi-humans, and sexy women. And to up his newfound luck, that deadbeat fat dude was born to a family that nourishes his new powers. For years, that becomes his life, until a magical event reshapes his entire world…
The Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime adapts the light novel by Rifujin na Magonote (author) and Shirotaka (illustrator). Rifujin na Magonote first self-published the series via Shosetsuka ni Naro. Media Factory later acquired the web novel and published it as a light novel under their MF Books imprint. The company released 26 volumes of the light novel.

Studio Bind (a J-List favorite, thanks to Onimai: I’m Now Your Sister and Ruri Rocks) has animated all previous seasons of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. The studio will reprise that role with the anime’s third season. Season two’s director, Ryosuke Shibuya, will also reprise his role. Are you as excited as Kashou to see Rudy again?
