The official website of Monster Girl Doctor (Monster Musume no Oishasan) by Origuchi Yoshino, announced that the popular light novel series will be getting an anime adaptation slated for 2020. The website also revealed the main production staff working on the series. Monster Girl Doctor is licensed by Seven Seas Entertainment for the light novel’s English release. The series has six books complied and the seventh is to release this November 22nd. The artwork may look familiar to fans, Z-ton who is the illustrator for Monster Girl Doctor, is also the illustrator for the popular manga series Monster Musume: I ♥ Monster Girls by Okayado.

In the town of Lindworm where monsters and humans coexist, Dr. Glenn runs an exemplary medical clinic for monster girls with his lamia assistant, Sapphee. Whether receiving a marriage proposal by a centaur injured in battle, palpating the injury of a mermaid, or suturing the delicate wounds of a flesh golem, Dr. Glenn performs his job with grace and confidence.
