A late legendary actress’s son transfers to a school to help grow his abilities. Many people have high expectations for him, given his mother’s prodigious talents. It’s unfortunate, but he only inherited her good looks. The three emperors of his new school have taken an interest in him. We’ll see how things go for him when Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi. (The Three Mikadono Sisters Are Surprisingly Easy) premieres sometime in July 2025.
Aya Hirakawa released the original Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi. manga on December 22nd, 2021. Shogakukan has since published thirteen volumes in Weekly Shonen Sunday.
The three Mikadono sisters are as follows:
- Kazuki Mikadono — Yurina Amami (Mr. C.B. from Uma Musume: Cinderella Gray). The prince-like elder sister. She is known for her acting abilities.
- Niko Mikadono — Aoi Koga (Kaguya Shinomiya in Kaguya-sama: Love Is War). The middle sister has a hidden, cute side. She is known for her athletic abilities.
- Miwa Mikadono — Yoshino Aoyama (Hitori Goto from Bocchi the Rock!). The youngest sister of the Mikadono family. She is a professional shogi, go, and chess player.

Yu Ayase is the son of the late actress Subaru Ayase. Subaru was known for being a multitalented actress who won the hearts of fans everywhere. Yu entered Saika Academy, a school for talented individuals. However, the only thing he inherited from his legendary mother was his good looks. He has no acting, athletic, or academic talents to speak of. He then met three girls who had talents in abundance.
Kazuki, Niko, and Miwa specialized in acting, athletics, and academics. They initially dismissed Yu due to his dismal scores, plus his goal of enrolling in the mediocre general education course. The Mikadono family patriarch took Yu in after his mother’s passing, forcing him into close quarters with the Three Emperors of Saika Academy.
