The supernatural erotic-comedy manga, Ingoku Danchi (Perverts’ Apartment Complex), is getting an anime adaptation this year! Ecchi powerhouses WWWave and Deregula will form part of the anime’s production company. Alongside the announcement, WWWave also launched an X (Twitter) account for the anime.
Ingoku Danchi Synopsis
Imagine a world where horny married women are constantly after your chastity. A world where a bodacious mature hottie will perv on you as you perv on NTR doujins. That’s the world that Mamoru Yoshida inhabits in Ingoku Danchi.
After graduating from high school, Yoshida-kun embraced the NEET life. In his mind, his post-education life would be one of leisure, idol doujins, and yuri ecchi anime. However, when Yoshida takes over his dad’s managerial role at a local apartment, his life takes an unexpectedly horny turn. The changes start with whispers: back-alley rumors of his apartment’s married women going on lewd rampages.
Not wanting to believe the unsavory rumors about his tenants, Yoshida-kun continues his daily life. But when Yoshida runs into one of his busty tenants in stunningly erotic clothing, and she tries to mind-break him, he realizes that the rumors are certified fact! Wishing to avoid a repeat of that encounter, Yoshi-kun sets out to determine the cause of his married tenant’s behavior. But what will he do when he realizes that it’s a garment, the mighty LIBIDO CLOTH, that’s behind their behavior?
Manga Deets
Sakuseki Kenkyujo writes the Ingoku Danch manga, which features illustrations by Yui Joyama. Fujimi Shobo’s (Kadokawa) Dra Dra Sharp+ has serialized the manga since its January 2021 debut. Kadokawa also releases the manga under their KadoComi service. Ingoku Danchi currently boasts 8 tankobon volumes and a Mimicle Service ASMR video. A voiced promotional video had previously been released to promote the manga’s first tankobon volume.
