A MILF-filled erotic good time is only a month away! The short-form TV anime adaptation of Ingoku Danchi: Deviant’s Apartment Complex premieres on April 5. The anime’s production team has revealed cast information, a trailer, and a new oppai-filled visual. As other Deregula shows, Ingoku Danchi will have a censored broadcast and an uncensored (cultured) AnimeFesta version.

The anime’s newly announced voice cast includes:
- Ai Shimizu as Kiritani
- Kazuki Asami as Ando
- Misato Fukuen as Shoda and Shirakage
- Nagisa Kujime as Haibara
- Sayuri Yahagi as Hasegawa and Tsujisaki
- Shinobu Izumi as Numajiri
- Tomokazu Sugita as the narrator
Ingoku Danchi Deets
Previously announced voice actors for Ingoku Danchi: Deviant’s Apartment Complex include Aika Wakuno as Yoshida. Kana Yuuki will voice Gouda, Kanzaki, Katagiri, Ichinose, Ikayama, and several other supporting characters. Kana-san, who also voices Super Creek in the Umamusume: Pretty Derby franchise, has a voice full of mommy vibes — she’s perfect for these roles.
Studio Elias (Plus Sized Elf and Seduced by My Best Friend) will animate the adaptation. Toshikatsu Tokoro will direct Ingoku Danchi. Additional production staff includes:

- Ruzarin Kashiwagi — Music Composer
- Shingo Nishimoto — Character Designer
Fujimi Shobo’s (Kadokawa) Dra Dra Sharp+ has serialized Ingoku Danchi since the manga debuted in January 2021. Kadokawa’s KadoComi service also serializes the manga. Sakuseki Kenkyujo writes, and Yui Joyama illustrates Ingoku Danchi. The manga has eight tankoubon compilation volumes.
Ingoku Danchi: Deviant’s Apartment Complex follows the former NEET Yoshida. After a brief life of leisure, circumstances force Yoshida to take over the apartment complex his dad used to manage. While that task initially seemed tedious, Yoshida accepted it as something that wouldn’t cause him too much grief. He knows the soft-spoken inhabitants of the apartment complex and considers them unproblematic. But how could Yoshida know that a certain cloth would turn those inhabitants into sex-crazed fiends!? How could he have known that he’d be the target of their lust?
