The official website for the upcoming anime adaptation of Nyoijizai’s Harukana Receive manga has revealed the main staff and first key visual on Friday.
The revealed staff consists of:
- Director: Toshiyuki Kubooka (Berserk: Ougon Jidai-hen I – Haou no Tamago)
- Series Composition, Script: Touko Machida (Hitsugi no Chaika)
- Character Designer: Takeshi Oda (Oneechan ga Kita)
- Chief Animation Supervisor: Takeshi Oda
- Animation Production: C2C (SukaSuka)
In addition, the first key visual was revealed:
Harukana Receive is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Nyoijizai. It began serialization in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Forward with the October 2015 issue. An anime television series adaptation by C2C has been announced.
Harukana Receive synopsis:
The story takes place in Okinawa, where Haruka forms a beach volleyball pair with Kanata. Kanata, who couldn’t handle the pressure put on her by her short height, had given up on beach volleyball already, but is convinced by Haruka to step back on the sand once again and aim for the junior tournament.
