Anime can make anything seem interesting. We have anime series that cover the exciting worlds of soccer and geology. Granted, anime girls with generous curves can make anything seem interesting, even geology. Can anime make even foreign exchange margin trading seem interesting? Maybe some pink hair power can help. Let’s find out. Kurumi Fukuga’s mother was among the many who suffered significant financial losses after the Crash of ’08. Once she enters university, Kurumi plans to avenge those losses on the same market her mother once lost in. We’ll see how far she goes when FX Fighter Kurumi-chan (FX Senshi Kurumi-chan) premieres sometime in 2026.
It’s a very special time for us at J-List, because 30 years ago this week, we started the first anime and hentai shop selling to fans around the world. And we’ve been able to make it this far thanks to our wonderful customers. We’re celebrating with a huge 20% sale on all in-stock Japan products, through October 7th. Start browsing now!

FX Fighter Kurumi-chan Enters the Trading Battlefield
Kozue Fukuga spent her free time on the foreign exchange (FX) despite not being very good at math. She secretly used her family’s savings without telling her husband and daughter. Unfortunately, she was caught up in the Crash of ’08 that saw the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers bring the economy to its knees. Kozue lost the ¥20 million she spent in forex, and worked tirelessly to replace it before her husband discovered her margin trading. Her stress compounded until she ended it all before her husband could return home and uncover her secrets.
Kurumi discovered her mother’s woes early on and tried her best to help. However, she was a child and could only watch as her mother unraveled. While sitting at the funeral, she decided to triumph where her mother failed and recoup that ¥20 million loss. Kurumi took her first steps once she entered university and put her years of study to the test in the foreign exchange market. Losses and gains are sure to become constant companions on her road to financial stability.
