Japanese photographer Yuria has been documenting and sharing their love for female thighs for many years. Last year an autumn-themed exhibition was held last fall which had more than 40,000 visitors and it has recently been revealed that the latest World of Thighs Photography 2019 event will be held in Tokyo’s fashionable Harajuku district.
Not only will this event be rather unique because of Japan’s Emperor Akihito and the ascent of Crown Prince Naruhito, it will be the concluding World of Thighs event of the Heisei imperial period, as well as the first of the upcoming Reiwa era, and will include newly taken “Reiwa thigh photos.”
The World of Thighs Photography 2019 will take place in the Harajuku Chromatic Gallery (〒150-0001 Tokyo, Shibuya City, Jingumae, 2 Chome-33-5 Park Nova Jingumae 2F) from April 27 until May 6. Tickets will cost 700 yen ($6.30 USD) per person.
The event will have more than 150 photographs on display and all of them will be unveiled to the public for the first time. All work displayed at the event will be on sale along with other merchandise.
