Fall 2025 Comedy Anime — Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right
If you’ve ever wondered what anime and 18th-century England have in common, it’s a fascination with vampires. It seems that every dark crevice, cozy home, and petite, alluring waifu has a thirsty bloodsucker in them. When I heard about Chanto Suenai Kyuuketsuki-chan, I thought it was going to be a fan-service-heavy watch. That’s not the case. Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right forgoes the pervy thoughts that its name conjures and aims to be the season’s top gekikawa (super cute) anime. But what is this Fall 2025 comedy anime about?
Luna Ishikawa embodies what a vampire should be: charismatic, resplendent, and strikingly affable. When she transfers to a new school, these qualities instantly make her the most coveted student there. Her popularity is so widespread that for ordinary students like Tatsuta Ootori, befriending her seems like an unattainable dream. However, when the two share class cleaning duties, Tatsuta quickly realizes that the idolized vampire isn’t quite what she seems. As their bond deepens and Tatsuta gets to know Luna better, he discovers that she’s so inept she can’t even suck blood properly. Recognizing that this is something Luna needs to overcome, Tatsuta offers her a way to practice. By letting her suck his blood!
This Fall 2025 comedy anime is based on the web manga by Kyosuke Nishiki. Fujimi Shobo’s Monthly Dragon Age serialized the manga from May 2021 to August 2025. Studio feel (Kiss x Sis, Outbreak Company, Summer Pockets) will animate the adaptation. Crunchyroll will stream Chanto Suenai Kyuuketsuki-chan on October 12.

A Mangaka’s Weirdly Wonderful Workplace
“Wonderful” is a word that most mangaka wouldn’t use to describe their working conditions. But for Nana Futami, a newbie shoujo mangaka, that’s the best moniker for her meccha supportive workplace. After all, how can her workplace be unlikable? Nana has a sexy onee-san editor and a kawaii imouto-type assistant! That makes me envious as a writer. The only thing I get from my editors is aggressive comments on commas and run-on sentences.
This Fall 2025 comedy anime is for all cute-girls-do-cute-things and slice-of-life enthusiasts worldwide. If you’re looking for a laid-back watch that’s going to make you giggle like a 13-year-old talking about their crush, this is it! Every self-respecting otaku knows that steady consumption of shoujo manga corrodes the brain, so imagine what it’s like to have to constantly work at it. Well, you actually don’t have to because you’ll see Nana daydream about wild delusions in every episode of Egao no Taenai Shokuba desu. One of the season’s few adult cast anime, A Mangaka’s Weirdly Wonderful Workplace, is bursting onto Crunchyroll on October 6.
Illustrated and written by Kuzushiro, Egao no Taenai Shokuba desu began as a one-shot publication in Kodansha’s Kiss magazine in February 2019. Comic Days began serializing the manga in May thereafter. Studio Voil (Acro Trip) will animate the adaptation.

Fall 2025 Comedy Anime — Mechanical Marie
Whether it’s a coincidence or a sign of the times, robots and robot-centric anime are gaining popularity. Unlike the old days, when piloted mechas engaged in grandiose space battles, today you can’t easily distinguish a robot waifu from a living person. However, not telling from machine to flesh works both ways. If machines feel and look entirely human, to what extent can a stoic person present themselves as one? That’s the question this Fall 2025 comedy anime explores.
People often think that wealth makes life easier, and while it has its perks, it also comes with its challenges. This is something Arthur Louis Zetes is painfully aware of, as the millionaire has long had to doubt those around him due to greed and envy. When Arthur needs extra help, he requests that his butler hire the perfect servant, a robot maid. However, while funding the project isn’t an issue, the technology isn’t quite there yet. Instead, Arthur’s butler hires the next best thing: a stoic, debt-ridden child prodigy named Marie Evans.
But can Marie keep up her facade, especially when Arthur dotes on her at every turn? Find out in Kikaijikake no Marie on Crunchyroll this October 5.
This Fall 2025 comedy anime’s source material is the manga by Aki Akimoto. Mechanical Marie started as a one-shot manga published in Hakusensha’s LaLa magazine in March 2020. LaLa magazine approved a full-length series, which ran from June 2020 to June 2023. Studios Zero-G and Liber are handling the animation.

You Need Comedy in Your Life
Are you planning to watch any of the anime we’re plugging on this list? Or are you more elated for the return of Spy x Family (Don’t follow trends, always pronounce the X), One Punch Man, or Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill? There are a few other upcoming anime I’d personally recommend but wouldn’t outright plug, since they’ll be a tad too similar to previous shows (we call that the isekai effect because if you’ve seen one, you’ve seen all). But if you don’t mind a bit of repetition, check out the adaptation of Ghost Mikawa’s My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me! You should check out Yui Tamura’s Mr. Yano’s Ordinary Days if you’re looking for a more honest Fall 2025 rom-com.
