Our epic 12 Waifus of Christmas continues toward day nine! We’re at the home stretch here and still have many more cute Santa girls to meet. We have our first isekai Santa girl today. What does a cultured individual do for the holidays in another world? He introduces Christmas and cute cosplay, of course! These holiday magical girls must exist no matter what.

The Ninth Santa Girl: Shion (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime)

Yes, the lovely oni girl dons the legendary red suit! Rimuru starts feeling nostalgic for Christmas and wonders if Santa Claus exists somewhere in the Magic Continent. He reasoned that Santa could use local magic to get around in a single night. His friends dash his hopes by telling him they’ve never heard of Santa Claus. However, the concept of Christmas fascinated them. The idea of a man breaking into their homes in the middle of the night unnerved them, though.

Rimuru spread the word of Christmas and Santa throughout Rimuru City. Shion especially feels the holiday spirit and becomes the first Santa girl in the world. She even gives her famous Gorikimaru oodachi (large war sword) a holiday makeover.

As Rimuru’s faithful secretary, she intends to take on the best role to make Christmas as successful as possible. She also hopes to find romance during their new holiday.

Shion set the standard for the best Santa girl in her world. Rimuru designed her costume, right? No one else even knows what Santa looks like. He’s more cultured than anyone could have imagined. Either that or Shion saw the standard Santa suit and made her own cultured adjustments.

Rimuru City’s second Santa girl quickly made herself known.

The ancient and almighty dragon, Milim, also wanted to join the festivities. She was excited to receive a present from Santa Claus. Thus, Christmas came to Rimuru City. A large tree and colorful lights brightened everyone’s spirits, and delicious foods warmed everyone’s stomachs.
