Slice-of-life ecchi manga are great. There’s no life-or-death adventure, no swords and sorcery, and the only magic we see is when one of the girls does lewd cosplay. I also like to see when the nice guy actually wins over the girl(s) and works up a real sweat with them. Also, it’s nice to see the girl(s) make the first move and the guy doesn’t just shy away. The setting is simple: our harem protagonist meets a princess-like girl at a net café, and things tumble from there. Let’s see exactly how they tumble in this review of Class no Bishoujo-tachi no Net Café (Baito-saki no Net Café ga, Nazeka Class no Bishoujo-tachi no Tamariba ni Natta Ken / The Internet Café Where I Work Somehow Became a Hangout Spot for Beautiful Girls).

Now, who decided to give a net café employee a harem? Kattern and Togatagato released the Class no Bishoujo-tachi no Net Café manga series on March 10th, 2026. Micro Magazine has published two volumes in Comic Ride.
The Cute and Lewd Meetings of Class no Bishoujo-tachi no Net Café
I never understood the term “meet cute” until I saw Kimito Shibuya watch the rich heiress Mai Kurahashi collapse from heat stroke outside of his father’s net café. He did what anyone else would have done and brought her inside to save her life. Kimito just had to remove her blazer and douse her with some cool water, which just happened to hit her chest. Mai thanks him for saving him, and they start a cute, wholesome friendship.
Mai is one of those accidentally lewd girls, given how she sits on his lap while learning how to play a Genshin Impact-like gacha game. It really is love (and lust) at first sight. I like how their relationship naturally blossoms into great intimacy, but I can’t stand the accidental Clark Kent effect. For some odd reason, Mai here doesn’t recognize Kimito when he’s wearing glasses. He first meets her without them, then wears them to school, where she sees him only as a kind classmate named Shibuya. I don’t know why this was done, but it can only lead to annoying and easily avoidable situations.
The Innocent and Rich Lewd Girls of Class no Bishoujo-tachi no Net Café
Mai is your typical innocent and cute girl whose turn for the lewd is a sight to behold. She’s the silver-haired princess character who earns audience adoration. She naturally has a killer body that we get to see in action pretty quickly. However, while she remains Best Girl, she has two friends who definitely earn some attention. Kaori Arisugawa is your typical sporty tomboy with a nice figure. She appears in the color teaser image with Mai offering herself to Kimito.
Any good harem anime needs a sexy gyaru on the roster, right? Takane Hozumi, another of Mai’s close friends, is that very gyaru boasting a K-cup bust that splits her shirt open. She has this doe-eyed look that makes me want to see her join the fun sooner rather than later. She also kind of looks like Senukin and Glutamat‘s titular Brainrot Girlfriend. Despite Kaori complaining that Kimito saw under her skirt, I don’t think any of these girls are very shy. This makes them fit right in any ecchi manga.
The Art of Class no Bishoujo-tachi no Net Café
If the pictures didn’t give it away, there’s no real censorship going on here. Mai’s bosom is front and center when she and Kimito get it on. The upskirt shots show some generous outline and the barest amount of skin, but I doubt we’re seeing anything more than that. Which is fine; I don’t think any general ecchi manga shows that. Team Justice doesn’t seem to get any love here; the bust sizes go from big to “that button is holding on for dear life.”
The aforementioned upskirt shots are nice to see, and I hope we get more cosplay scenes. Kimito fumbled with her top for a bit to help her put on a pair of panties because Mai showed up without any. Either she’s that innocent, or she visited him at work for a reason. Either way, these were very well illustrated scenes. I will say this, though: the girls look very soft. The artist did a great job of portraying that part.
A Part-Timer’s Conclusion
It’s a simple set-up, isn’t it? Two people meet, fall in love, and get down at a net café in record time. It’s not complicated. The introduction highlights a harem, though we only see Mai and Kaori urging Kimito to take them; they’d better include Takane in the mix. I also like how Kimito is able and willing to take these girls. Too many protagonists shy away from intimacy.
Class no Bishoujo-tachi no Net Café easily gets a 5/5 on the Megumi rating scale. We’ll talk about bumping it up to 10 or 20 if Takane joins in and they all do lewd cosplays.
Do you want more action in a café setting? We at J-List recommend Bazooka Cafe. It might not be a net café, but it’s a café with lewd maids who really want to help ease the owner’s woes while he runs the place. I wonder what the “bazooka” in the title refers to.
