Running an online store is always a challenge because there are so many technical things to juggle. One moment the site will be running smoothly, and the next, a blown router or miscalibrated database can cause problems. For about 8 hours on December 4, customers were unable to log in to complete their orders on the J-List store. We’re sorry for the problem, but it’s fixed now!

After a frustrating couple of hours, our hardworking tech person was able to track down the problem and sort things out. A few databases were re-connected and cleaned, and now the J-List site is right as rain! If you had problems completing an order, please visit the J-List or JBOX site, and complete the order.
