So let’s examine the Six Types of Asses that exist according to the Japanese, through the medium of anime butts!
What Are the Six Types of Butts According to the Japanese?
According to my exhaustive research, the Japanese have six core “butt types.” These are:
- 丸尻 maru-shiri or a rounded buttocks, also called “peach shiri.”
- 小尻/美尻, kojiri or bijiri, a small, shapely and beautiful butt which is viewed as the best type to possess, according to the “golden ratio” body calculation that goes back to Da Vinci.
- 平尻 or hira-shiri, a flat buttocks, which is the most common.
- 垂れ尻 or tare-jiri, a drooping butt that isn’t well-toned.
- 四角尻 or shikaku-shiri, a “square buttocks” that’s flat and box-shaped.
- 出っ尻 or decchiri, a voluminous butt that sticks out, “just like foreigners’ butts do.”

At least judging by articles on the Internet, it seems that Japanese women fret about what kind of type of butt they possess. They’re interested in “hip up” exercises that help them improve the look of their oshiri.

Of course anime is a highly stylized world, and few creators will bother drawing drooping butts or flat, boring butts. Let’s explore the 13 types of anime asses and see which one is the best! Note: check wifi for this post!
The Basic Butt. One aspect of a good anime butt is what kind of pantsu the girl is wearing. Back in the 90s, exotic underwear like shimapan had yet to be invented, so Agent Aika went with basic white panties covering small, shapely butts.

This is an example of what the Japanese call otoko no roman or the ideal dream that every guy would love to experience at least once in his life.
The Big Butt. One reason we’re drawn to asses that are on the large size is that it advertises that the owner will be able to bear us healthy children. They’re also great for creating comedy.
