There’s nothing quite like playing anime games on a proper game console, and in recent years the Nintendo Switch has been anointed by fans as the official gaming platform for anime games and visual novels. This is in part because the Switch is a great platform both for TV-connected and on-the-go gaming, but also thanks to Sony’s misguided embracing of censorship and Nintendo being totally okay with games leaving sexy moments in. Now the outstanding Kantoku visual novel To You Like Goddess (Kamisama no You na Kimi e) is coming for that Switch with a great Limited Edition!
In To You Like Goddess, you are Kaito, a young man gifted with the ability to hack into computer systems. Despite being a high school student, you manage to hack into the master computer system that governs the A.I. who are part of society, allowing you to overwrite their programming. Your command: “I want to meet a girl who loves me! She has to have large, cute eyes, be kind and willing to spoil me, oh, and also have big boobs!” What will happen next?
This release is great, a remaster of the original PC release that adds a whole new character named Hazuki Sonomura, letting you experience a great new story. It also comes with a lot of bonus items inside the Limited Edition box, including three B5-sized original tapestries by Kantoku that would look great on your wall! The game is fully voiced, and is region free. Japanese language only, unfortunately.
