I can’t tell you if it’s wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon, but I can tell you it’s right to pick up DanMachi merch from J-List. If you’re like us, it’s safe to assume that the fourth season of DanMachi had you glued to whatever screen you were watching it from. With xenomorph-looking bosses, top-tier fights, and non-stop action, it’s no wonder why it’s the highest-rated season of DanMachi to date. But without a doubt, one of the biggest attractions of the season was Ryu’s character development. Her interactions with Bell secured her spot as the franchise’s best girl. You should welcome the AliceGlint Ryu Lion 1/7 Figure into your life if you’re the kind of person who agrees with that sentiment.
This Ryu Lion 1/7 Figure Perfectly Captures Ryu’s Spirit
Have you ever looked at a figure and thought that it perfectly captured the character? We sure have. As much as we’d like to say that all figurines do the character justice, that’s far from true. So, we should give Amaguri props for sculpting Ryu’s soul into the elegantly crafted Ryu Lion 1/7 Figure. And for $220, this work of art can be yours!
The figure depicts Ryu as she charges into battle. The figure’s base includes a visualization of the wind magic she uses to propel her forward. Her cape majestically flutters in the wind as her steely gaze stares into your soul. Meanwhile, her mouth is gaped as if to depict Ryu’s primal battle cry. The speed of her charge pressed her clothing firmly against her body, beautifully accentuating her toned, battle-hardened physique. Ryu firmly holds a wooden sword and dagger in her hands as if to guarantee that the figure is sure to cut straight to your heart.
Part of Alice Glint’s 1/7 scale line, the figure stands 9.1 inches. But everything from its battle to sex appeal towers far above its size. It takes a remarkable waifu to capture attention even when she’s not being flirty, and Ryu excels at this. Do you find your eyes irresistibly drawn to her as we do? Then, get your hands on the Ryu Lion 1/7 Figure!
What’s DanMachi About?
Based on the light novel by Suzuhito Yasuda (art) and Fujino Omori (story), DanMachi centers on the adventurer Bell Cranel. He dreams of the day when he can proudly boast of being the best adventurer in the land, but this dream lies out of his reach. And so, it would have stayed were it not for a fateful encounter between him and the goddess Hestia. After forming a familia (adventurer group) with the goddess, he received her blessing and support, then set off to conquer the dungeon of Orario. But even with her divine help, that task far outweighs him. Luckily for Bell, the power of friendship prevails, and with new additions to his family, he quickly begins to rank up as an adventurer.
Season 4 Synopsis — Ryu fled to the dungeon after she heard accusations of murder, prompting Bell and the Hestia Familia to embark on a mission to clear her name. However, when another adventuring party tries to capture Ryu by devious means, they inadvertently summon the dungeon’s boss. That act transforms the Hestia Familia’s seemingly simple venture into a desperate fight for survival. After Bell and Ryu find themselves separated from the rest of Orario’s adventurers, pushing their skills to the limit.
