A shakuhachi is a beautiful Japanese flute that entered Japan through China in the 7th century A.D. But the word is also a common slang term for fellatio, which is what we’re concerned with here.
The Shakuhachi Musume Oral Pump works simply: you connect the main unit with the airball via the included hose. Place your “son” in the fellatio simulation side, and the rubber seal around it creates a suction that’s quite amazing.
