During Japan’s Golden Week (April 29/May 3-5) and a few days beyond, the Niigata-Naeba Prince Hotel ‘s Restaurant Azalea will be selling this new pink curry dish on their lunch menu from April 29th-May 7th.
Even though the adorable pink color makes the curry look sweet, it’s colored by beets with real sakura essence to give it a light, sweet fragrance! Regardless of the appearance and scent, the flavor is still has an original spicy curry taste with rice & veggies accompanying it on the side.

If you’re going to be in the Niigata Prefecture or you want to make a trip to the restaurant, now would be a great time to try out this dish as it was previously exclusively served on only Saturdays from April 8th-23rd.
