The official website of the anime adaptation of Shoutarou Tokunou’s New Game! manga has announced that there will be an unaired episode 13 of the anime coming soon, in OVA format. The OVA itself will feature Eagle Jump’s employee retreating to relax at the hot springs.
The official website also revealed 6 preview images of the upcoming OVA (click on them for a larger preview):
The OVA will be distributed to those who have collected the tickets that are included with all six BD and DVD volumes.
The series author, Shoutarou Tokunou, hinted at the OVA last September.

New Game! is a Japanese four-panel manga series by Shoutarou Tokunou, which began serialization in Houbunsha’s seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara Carat from January 2013. An anime television series adaptation by Doga Kobo aired in Japan between July and September 2016. A video game developed by 5pb. was released in January 2017.
