Nearly a year after its initial announcement, Kakushite! Makina-san!! (Makina-san’s a Love Bot?!) has revealed its first trailer, which promised a plot-heavy anime and debuted the show’s opening and ending songs. Serena Kozuki will perform the show’s opening song, “Ie de Yeah! tte Age Tiger (家でYeah!ってアゲタイガー).” “Android ni Kubittake” by Brave Mental Orchestra will be the show’s ending song.
Kakushite! Makina-san!! Details
Kakushite! Makina-san!! is an erotic rom-com written by Yoshimi Sato. The series debuted with a serialization via Futabasha’s Monthly Action in October 2022. After Monthly Action ceased publication, the series moved to Web Comic Action. The manga currently boasts four tankoubon volumes.
Producers announced an anime adaptation in May 2024. Last December, the official website revealed the show’s first production-related details, which included a visual, the production staff, and the voice cast. Studio BloomZ will animate the show. A “hidden version” (censored) and a non-hidden (cultured) version of the anime will premiere simultaneously. Some of the anime’s production staff include:

What’s Makina-san’s a Love Bot?! About?
Eita Akutsu spends his days with only one thing on his mind — the lewdable Makina Agatsuma. But what romantic hope does a Bocchi-esque, mechanical otaku have in courting a much-loved school idol? A gargantuan hope! Why? Because one day, she moves into Eita’s home. And that’s when the virgin otaku learns that the girl he’s infatuated with is a sex robot wanting to sate all his desires!
With that, Eita’s mundane life becomes an obituary as he’s constantly bombarded by Makina-san’s advances. And so, the days begin of Eita’s struggle to protect his chastity and help Makina-san keep her secret. Makina-san’s a Love Bot?! premieres on April 6.
