The official website for the television anime of Souichirou Yamamoto’s Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san manga revealed a new visual for the upcoming second season on Tuesday. The second season is scheduled to premiere in July.

Rie Takahashi and Yuuki Kaji, the voices of the titular character Takagi-san and Nishikata, will also be returning for the second season.

Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san is a Japanese manga series by Souichirou Yamamoto. The series features the daily life of Takagi, who loves to tease her classmate Nishikata, and Nishikata’s failed attempts to get back at her. An anime television series adaptation by Shin-Ei Animation aired from January 8 to March 26, 2018. An OVA was released on July 12, 2018. An English adaption of the manga was released on July 24, 2018, under the title Teasing Master Takagi-san. A second season will premiere in July 2019.
Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san synopsis:
Having a friend that knows you inside out should be a good thing, but in Nishikata’s case, the opposite is true.
His classmate Takagi loves to tease him on a daily basis, and she uses her extensive knowledge of his behavior to predict exactly how he will react to her teasing, making it nearly impossible for Nishikata to ever make a successful comeback. Despite this, Nishikata vows to someday give Takagi a taste of her own medicine by making her blush out of embarrassment from his teasing.
