The official website of the anime adaptation of Meguru Ueno’s Hajimete no Gal (First-Time Gal) manga has announced that the upcoming series is slated to air from July 12. A new 15-second commercial which previews the opening theme song “Hajimete no SEASON” by Junjou no Afilia was also streamed.
In additon, the second promotional video was recently streamed.

The main cast of the anime consists of:
Shintaro Asanuma (Takatoshi Tsuda from Seitokai Yakuindomo) will voice Junichi Hashiba
Yuki Nagaku (Ichigo Moesaki from Sore ga Seiyuu!) as Yukana Yame
Eri Kitamura (Yui in Angel Beats!) is going to voice Ranko Honjou
Ayana Taketatsu (Kirino Kousaka from Oreimo) will be voicing as Yui Kashii
Yui Ogura (Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi from Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko.) voices Shizune Fujinoki
Toshiyuki Toyonaga (Mikado Ryuugamine from Durarara!!) joins the cast to voice Shinpei Sakamoto
Kenji Akabane (The Producer from THE IDOLM@STER) as Keigo Ishida
Minoru Shiraishi (Minoru Shiraishi from Lucky Star) voices Minoru Kobayakawa

Meguru Ueno’s Hajimete no Gal (First-Time Gal) manga series was published in Kadokawa’s Monthly Shounen Ace magazine in November 2015, and Kadokawa published the second compiled book volume in October.
Hajimete no Gal synopsis:
Spring. The “season of love” has arrived and it seems that finding himself a girlfriend was harder than Junichi believed. To break the status quo, Junichi’s friends have forced him into confessing to the gal, Yame Yukana. However, things do not go quite as he expected. A series of “firsts” begins!
