ATRI -My Dear Moments- shines a light on a life that survives in a submerged world. A guy who lost everything — including his leg — uses his grandmother’s submersible vehicle to find her hidden “treasure.” We’ll see how his gambit pays off when this anime series premieres on July 14th, 2024. Frontwing and Makura developed the original Atri: My Dear Moments visual novel. Aniplex.exe published their work on June 19th, 2020. Kadokawa Shoten began publishing the manga adaptation illustrated by Jako on October 7th, 2022. Two volumes are currently available on Comptiq.
The deep-sea diver, the “treasure” he finds, and the debt collector who pushed him to search are as follows:
- Natsuki Ikaruga — Kensho Ono (Giorno Giovanna from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure). He lost everything years ago in a disaster except for two things. All he has left is his oceanologist grandmother’s ship and vehicle.
- Atri — Hikaru Akao (Koharu Shimoe from Blue Archive). The hidden “treasure” left behind by Natsuki’s grandmother in a coffin underwater.
- Catherine — Yoko Hikasa (Weiss Schnee from RWBY: Ice Queendom). The suspicious debt collector who leverages the debt Natsuki’s grandmother owes to her.

Atri: My Dear Moments Finds Life Beneath the Waves
Humanity was pushed to the brink of collapse by rising sea levels. The cause wasn’t known, but its effects couldn’t be denied. The remaining humans were forced to rebuild what they could on the remaining dry lands. In this dour situation, Natsuki returns to what’s left of his countryside home. He lost his mother and his leg in a terrible accident years ago. With nothing left to his name, he takes on an inheritance he received from his oceanologist grandmother.
Natsuki’s inheritance is a mixed bag. He received her ship and submersible vehicle but also took on her debt. A beautiful woman, Catherine, has come to collect on that debt. She has convinced Natsuki to use the submersible to dive down to his grandmother’s old lab and find a mysterious treasure. Rather than jewels or coins, he finds a cute robot girl in a coffin.
